• When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit or withdraw until the investigation is resolved.
• If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance — including any winnings derived from the breach — will be forfeited.
• If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be restored and any withheld withdrawals will be processed promptly.
